This ancient Eleven-faced Guanyin Bodhisattva Thangka was painted in the late Ming Dynasty and worshipped by Tibetan practitioners for over 400 years. The Eleven-faced Guanyin Bodhisattva is one of the manifestations of Guanyin Bodhisattva. According to Buddhist scriptures, if one can chant and offer to the Eleven-faced Guanyin Bodhisattva with utmost sincerity, they will be able to connect with Guanyin Bodhisattva's compassionate energy and obtain ten extraordinary benefits:

1. Good health with no disease or ailments.

2. Obtain the blessing and protection of All Buddhas.

3. Endless amount of wealth, treasures, clothes and food to enjoy.

4. Able to defeat enemies without any fear at heart.

5. Allow all sentient beings to obtain a heart of compassion and doing good deeds.

6. Will not be harmed by poisons and evil spirits.

7. Will not be hurt by any swords or weapons.

8. Will not be drowned in the event of a flood.

9. Will not be burned in case of a fire.

10. Will not die of sudden disasters.

Furthermore, one will be able to obtain four additional auspicious merits:

1. Will be able to see the Buddha at the end of one's life.

2. Will not fall into the three evil realms: Hell, ghost and animal.

3. Will not be harmed by any animals.

4. Will be able to transcend to the Pure Land after death.

In this Thangka, Earth Store Bodhisattva sits on a pedestal with ease and grandeur. The headdress naturally falls on his shoulders. His right-hand holds a Cintamani jewel, which represents the Bodhisattva’s pure wisdom. He wears a dharma robe with brown and royal green borders. The robe is adorned with various exquisite patterns, the lines are smooth and delicate, and the portrayal is detailed and exquisite.

Because of the immense merits from the Bodhisattva’s great filial piety and great vow, sincere worshipers will receive the Bodhisattva’s powerful blessings. The family of the worshiper will be peaceful and auspicious, their home will be harmonious and unified. The worshiper’s ancestors and their parents of seven lifetimes will be blessed by the Bodhisattva. They will no longer fall into the three evil paths and will instead be reincarnated in the pure lands. The worshiper will receive blessings of health, merits and longevity, freed from all calamity and illness, safe travels, plenty of food and clothing, help in times of need, and wish fulfillment.

Grandmaster JinBodhi created "Start of the Universe" during the "Zen Sand Art" livestream on June 25, 2023. Using golden millet as sand, Grandmaster illustrated the origins of the universe, the first separation of Heaven and Earth, the creation of humankind by the goddess Nuwa, and the growth of all things... Sincerity, easefulness, beauty, and enjoyment are palpable in Grandmaster's creative process, imparting profound purity, wisdom, emotionality, and spiritual inspiration.
