The entire piece features a bamboo grove rendered in openwork carving, with two to three layers of depth. The intricate composition reveals banana leaves, pavilions, and vividly depicted figures inside a house, portraying a scholar reading by lamplight in an attic—symbolizing success in the imperial examinations and attainment of official rank.

The inscription bears the signature of Du Shushen (Fangjiao Shanren) and the title “Night Reading at Luling.” Brush pots with carved signatures are exceedingly rare, making this a superb example of refined bamboo carving artistry.

This Amitābha Buddha statue is meticulously hand-cast in red copper with selective gilding, crafted by Nepali artisans following Tibetan Buddhist traditions. The double-headed beast is shown recumbent, with bulging eyes, rounded snout, and open jaws revealing sharp teeth, conveying strength and vigilance. Its musculature is full and powerful, the posture commanding and dignified. Flowing manes fall neatly along the nape, while the sides of the spine are adorned with delicately rendered spiral curls—details that bring the creature vividly to life. The overall modeling captures a harmonious balance between motion and stillness.

The seal face is incised in zhuanshu (seal script) Tibetan characters. Based on its form and stylistic features, the piece may be identified as a Tibetan Buddhist–style seal. At the center of the seal face, the Tibetan inscription reads “The Great Precious Dharma King.” The dotted border and wave pattern are characteristic of Qing-period Tibetan gold seals, symbolizing radiating divine power and sacred protection. The triple-bead motif at the top and lotus-petal decoration at the base are common sacred symbols in Tibetan Buddhist art, representing the lotus throne and the wisdom of emptiness.

此件清代青花瓷罐，器形飽滿厚重，通體繪飾兩條五爪蟠龍，昂首躍動於祥雲之間，氣勢磅礴、威儀非凡。五爪龍自明太祖朱元璋起即明令為皇家專用紋飾，象徵帝王至高無上的權威。元明以降，器物上龍紋的數量亦有所規定，每器不逾兩龍，此罐正符其制，體現皇家制度下藝術與權力的完美結合。

罐身下方繪有如意祥雲與「海水江崖」紋飾，波濤洶湧之間夾雜如游魚、奔馬之形，象徵祥瑞萬千，寓意「上天入地、無所不能」，為集納吉祥、祈福納財之意的「聚寶」之器。

青花發色清潤穩定，釉面光澤柔和，構圖動靜相宜，筆法遒勁細膩，展現出明代官窯高超的繪瓷工藝，極具藝術與收藏價值。

罐口覆以一枚錫製蓋口，與器身嚴絲合縫。依據金屬包邊的製作工藝與氧化痕跡判斷，應為清代後期加裝，或因口沿輕微磕損，或為延長實用年限所設，推測其使用歷史已逾130年。此一後期修補不僅體現古人惜器之情，也為此罐增添一層深厚的歷史印記。

This is a small tea canister that has been cherished by the Master for many years. The craftsmanship is exquisite, and tea canisters with inscriptions are rare, with collectors seldom releasing them. The base is marked "Made by Tiehuaxuan," carved by the owner of Tiehuaxuan over 100 years ago.

The Tiehuaxuan shop was established in the second year of the Republic of China (1913) in Shanghai, specializing in Yixing pottery. Its founder, Dai Guobao, was a renowned ceramic artist. He used an iron brush tipped with diamond to carve landscapes, flowers, stars, and figures on porcelain, creating vivid and lifelike designs. His work combined the strength of iron and the elegance of silver hooks, resulting in a thriving business. This marked the beginning of the "Tiehuaxuan" name.

With the compassionate blessing of Grandmaster JinBodhi, it has become a rare Feng Shui treasure. Those who are fortunate enough to receive it will be granted great wealth and immense good fortune!

Tie Hua Xuan was a company established in Shanghai in the second year of the Republic of China (1913), specializing in Yixing pottery. Its founder, Dai Guobao, was a renowned porcelain artisan. He used iron pens with embedded diamond tips to engrave landscapes, flowers, the Three Stars (Fu, Lu, Shou), and elegant ladies onto porcelain. His works are vivid and lifelike, blending ancient simplicity with refined elegance—bold like iron strokes, yet graceful like silver hooks. As his business flourished, he made porcelain carving his lifelong profession, and the name "Tie Hua Xuan" was born.
