Q1: How do I start shopping?
A: 

Steps are as follows:

1. Step One: You can select the language you want on the top right of any page.

1) If your browser is the traditional Chinese version, the default value of the displaying language is traditional Chinese.

2) If your browser is the simplified Chinese version, the default value of the displaying language is simplified Chinese.

3) If your browser is the English version, the default value of the displaying language is English.

4) You can also select the above three languages as you need.


2. Step Two:If you are a member already, please login.


3. Step Three:Select a product.


4. Step Four:Add the product to the shopping chart. After finishing confirmation of all the products in the shopping cart, click "Proceed to Checkout".


5. Step Five:Enter the checkout page and fill in the following data:

1) Review your order drop down list shows the order detail, including tax information if applied.

2) Name and Address: If you've logged in, you can select the existing billing address from your address book or enter a new address. Otherwise, you can enter your billing address, and passwords for registering membership at the same time.

3) Discount Codes: If you have a coupon code, please enter here and click "APPLY".

4) Order Comment: If you need to input any ordering comment, you can enter here.

5) Payment Method:

  • ECPay:ECPay is a famous Taiwan Internet Payment Service Provider, support credit cards such as VISA/MasterCard/JCB/China UnionPay. When you choose ECPay as payment method, and submit the order, you will be redirect to ECPay payment page, and following the instruction to finish the order.
    Note 1:Users in mainland China can choose "China UnionPay" in the ECPay payment page.
  • PayPal : PayPal is an international payment company, supporting many different type of credit cards or debit cards, such as Visa, MasterCard or American Express. You can also register as a PayPal member and use its services for payment.
    Note 1:Users with address in Taiwan cannot use PayPal, due to local policy restriction.
    Note 2:Users in mainland China must register as PayPal members before they can use credit card payment through PayPal.

6) Place Order: If all the order information is confirmed, please click "Place Order Now" to submit the order and enter the Payment flow.


6. Step Six: After the order is completed, you will receive the order confirmation email, including detailed order content and the link to the order.


7. Step Seven: After we confirm that the payment is complete for the order, you will receive the bill email for confirmation. Please reconfirm the contents of the bill. If there are downloadable products, please click the links inside the email to download.


Q2: Can I use other currencies?
A: 

No. All products are denominated in US dollars.


Q3: How do I find the products I like or want to buy?
A: 
  1. If you already know the name or partial name of the product, you can enter the search term at the top of any page.
  2. You can also go to "Categories" menu, click any product category to go to the corresponding category page to find your favorite products.

Q4: How do I know that if I have finished the ordering process?
A: 
  1. After the order is completed, the system will show the success information on the web page, and you will receive the order confirmation email, including detailed order content and the link to the order.
  2. You can also go to "My Account", go to "MY ORDERS", and confirm if there is a new order created. If the order has the status of processing or complete, then the order is formally established.
  3. If only adding products to the shopping cart, without paying, then the order is not established. The system will not keep the reservation or any discount price.

Q5: What to do if I haven't received the order notification email?
A: 

If you have not received the order notification email, there might be a few reasons:

  1. Your email is wrong or mailbox has exceeded quota, causing delivery problem.
  2. Your email server put the email into your SPAM mailbox.
  3. Your order might not be established. Please go to the "Account", and "My Orders" to check your orders. If you can find the order with the processing status, that tells if the order is established.

Q6: How do I check my orders?
A: 

After logging in, please go to the "Account", then "My Orders" to check your orders. You can view details of each order by clicking "view" for each order.


Q7: Why can't I find my order history in "My Orders"?
A: 

Please make sure you entered correct account, and pay attention to the following:

  1. You did not use this account for the order. Please check if you have other account in this website.
  2. Your order was not established due to incomplete payment.
  3. Not ordered in this website.

Q8: Can you cancel or change the orders after the order has been established?
A: 

Not exactly. Please check the following:

  1. After you have finished payment, then your order is established, you cannot cancel or modify the order. Please contact our customer service from the "Contact Us" menu at the bottom of the page. Telling us what needs to be changed, and we will try our best to help you.
  2. If you have not made payment, you can simply cancel the order and re-order. Please go to "Account", then "My Orders", see if there is "Cancel Order" command for the order, and click which can cancel the order. If there is no "Cancel Order" command, then you cannot cancel the order online.

Q9 If order status is authorization failure, will bank charge charge my account?
A:

No. If the order authorization failed, it might be caused by unknown reasons such as network congestion, or banking system mechanism etc. The payment company did not get the authorization code for the order, and thus can not apply for charging your account. The order did not finish, and the order is still waiting for payment, you can just go to your account and cancel the order.


Q10: How do I know the progress of my order?
A: 

Please go to "Account", then "My Orders", and each order has a status column to show the order progress. There are the following statuses:

  1. Pending: The order is newly created, has not been processed, and the payment has not been completed.
  2. Pending Payment: The order payment has not been completed, and the order has not been formally established.
  3. Processing: The order has been paid, waiting for the website to verify.
  4. Complete: Indicates that the order is completed.
  5. Canceled: Indicates that the order has been cancelled.
  6. Closed: This order has been processed for return and refund.

Q11: How to get a triple invoice?
A:

If Taiwanese users need to get a triple invoice, please fill in the Notes column during the final step of the order process, and input the invoice header, the unified number and the related notices into it.


Q12: What if the unified number is wrong in the invoice?
A:

Please contact our customer service within 3 days after receiving the invoice. In case of cross-monthly, please raised it no late than the 3rd by the month. We will not accept changes after the deadline.
Please return the invoice by registered mail to the following address. So we will be able to change the invoice and send back to you.

Q13: Can the invoice be writen for other item names or amount?
A:

The name and amount on the invoice will be writen according to the order at the order creation time, and no other name or amount may be prescribed.


Q14: Can I comment or submit questions?
A: 

Yes. You can see Q&A tab under each product page. You need to log in first, then you can submit your comments or question. After you submit the comment or question, our customer service will reply as soon as possible and publish it in the product Q&A tab.


Q15: How do I download MP3/MP4 files in IPhone/IPad?
A: 

Due to IPhone/IPad restriction, users cannot install the downloaded MP3/MP4 files to the corresponding player Apps. So you need to download the files to PC, then use ITune or other programs to sync the files with IPhone/IPad Apps.
